And while there are certainly benefits to joining a LIV, the downsides are.

One of the best golfers in the world who chose to join LIV, Bryson DeChambeau maintains he has no regrets about his decision.

“What LIV Golf has introduced is something new, unique, and different, and with that being said, there will be some turmoil, and people will not like it, and I respect everyone who doesn’t think they are good for golf,” said Deschamps. They are open enough to go, ‘You know what, let me just give it a shot, and if you give it a chance, you might see something cool.’

“I’m a golf lover, first and foremost,” DeChambeau said. “I will be watching golf wherever I play with some of the best players in the world, whoever. I think that will change in the future. I think this is going to become something special, even more special than it is now, and going forward in the future, I’m still watching the other tournaments Which I’ve won and done well before.”

On Friday, Phil Mickelson said the best golf solution would be for the LIV and the PGA Tour to work together.

“The best solution for us is to meet,” Mickelson said. “I think the professional golf world needs the old PGA Tour historical ‘game history’ product. I think LIV provides a cool, up-to-date feel that appeals to a lot of younger audiences.

“Both are good for golf, and the inclusion of LIV Golf in the world of golf’s ecosystem is essential. Once that happens, we all start working together. It will be a really positive thing for everyone.”
